2. Subject of the Contract

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all products and/or services offered through the website operated by the Service Provider (hereinafter: “Website”).
The contract is concluded electronically between the Customer (hereinafter: “Customer” or “Buyer”) and the Service Provider, in the Hungarian language.

3. Ordering Process

The Customer selects the desired product or service.
By clicking the “Order” or “Purchase” button, the Customer submits the order.
The Service Provider confirms receipt of the order via e-mail.
The contract is thereby concluded.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices shown are gross prices, i.e. include VAT (if applicable).

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer (if a consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason:

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receiving the product (or, in the case of a service, after the contract is concluded).
The intention to withdraw must be communicated via e-mail or postal mail.
The product must be returned in undamaged condition.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer.
The Service Provider will refund the amount within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (if applicable):

Products made to the Customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalized items
Digital content, if performance has begun and the consumer has expressly waived the right of withdrawal

7. Complaints Handling

Customers may submit complaints through the Service Provider’s contact details.
The Service Provider will record all written complaints and respond within 14 days.
If the complaint cannot be resolved amicably, the Customer may contact the competent Conciliation Board (Békéltető Testület).

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

Any temporary technical failures on the website
Misunderstandings arising from the Customer’s error
Fulfilment issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the Customer

9. Copyright Notice

All content on the website (text, images, graphics, design elements) is protected by copyright.
Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited.

10. Other Provisions

The contract is concluded electronically and is not filed or archived.
Hungarian law shall govern this agreement.
The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these General Terms and Conditions; such changes do not affect previously placed orders.
